So the last few days I've been giving my dogs a couple raw chicken legs each a day and today a raw hamburger pattie each.  They are getting very accustomed to the raw diet.  I'm slowly transitioning them and it is going well.  I am still feeding them their dry food in the morning to finish it off and get them used to the raw stuff in the meantime.  I'm hoping to have them moved totally to the new diet in the next 10 to 14 days.  More to come.

So I purchased a 5 cubic foot freezer at a good price yesterday.  This will be used to buy the meat in bulk in order to knock the price down.  My goal is to get the cost of feeding them a raw, natural diet down to or cheaper than what I currently pay for the premium dry dog food I currently have my dogs on now.  More to come.

I've been studying a bit more on nutrition for my dogs and cat.  I'm getting ready to transition them to a more natural diet.  I will be posting all the updates, videos and details on this blog I've started.  Stay tuned for more details.
